Berrima Museum

Located in New South Wales, Australia, the Berrima Museum is dedicated to preserving the heritage of the town and its surrounding areas. Symbio Wild Life Park

Wollongong Botanic Gardens

Open daily and free, this spectacular 30-hectare space is a serene and beautiful place to relax, celebrate, and learn more about plants and horticulture. Overlooking the city of Wollongong from its highest point at the Gleniffer Brae Manor House it features an impressive collection of native and exotic plants from around the world.

The Garden is also home to a range of native wildlife including Bower Birds, Ring Tail Possums, Kookaburras, native bees, and more. Escape with a walk through one of the largest rainforest collections in Australia, featuring a range of Illawarra rainforest species.

 

Pioneer Village Museum

The Pioneer Village Museum at Kangaroo Valley is an enjoyable location for family and friends to have a picnic, take a bush walk and wander through the museum.

Not only are the buildings original or replicas of the period of the late 19th and early 20th centuries but the displays in the buildings include lots of artefacts from that era. There are also historical displays about Kangaroo Valley and the residents.

About 1 hectare is dedicated to the Pioneer Settlement Museum, barbeque, parking and toilet facilities. The buildings are built to the standards of the late 19th and early 20th centuries and stocked with artefacts from that era.

HARS Aviation Museum

An aviation museum, located at Shellharbour Airport, is just over one hours drive south of Sydney, providing the unique opportunity to access many aircraft and to see restorations in progress.

The Museum will soon be home to the Qantas Boeing 707 which has been donated by John Travolta.

Over 40 aircraft associated with Australia’s civil and military aviation heritage.

Corporate and Private functions are catered for, and award-winning Cafe Connie serves great coffee, breakfast and lunch.

HARS Aviation Museum is located just over an hour’s drive from Sydney and is a short 10-minute walk from the train station at Albion Park Rail.

Myself and my three children used Sheppo's to travel to the Royal Easter Show 2022 and had the best driver. He was extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble, even on the way home offered to stop and the shops to pick up milk and bread. You won't get that sort of service anywhere else!!!!!
